Access Wellbeing is directed by Dr Anna Miller and Dr Mnthali Price.  It offers small to medium enterprises (SME’s) a programme to provide their employees with confidential, time-limited, psychological therapy and wellbeing support.  Access Wellbeing manages the process from employee orientation to the programme, through to referral and then onto treatment and case closure, ensuring that a quality service is delivered to both the employer and the employee.  We strive to develop positive, trusted, working alliances with our stakeholders (employers, employees and our collective of clinicians), whilst also valuing efficiency and smart, workable systems.

Anna and Mnthali are both Clinical Psychologists who have worked both in the public system and continue to see clients in their respective, established private practices.   They are experienced in relating to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, helping with various presenting problems, and are passionate about using these skills as well as their clinical knowledge to enhance people's wellbeing and quality of life.  Anna and Mnthali believe that therapy is for all, and are excited that Access Wellbeing opens a door to help-seeking and therapy for those who might not otherwise qualify for funded community mental health services, or be able to afford the cost of private psychology sessions.  They see this as a win-win for the employer and employee, as research consistently demonstrates that performance and retention of employees improve when an individuals mental health and well-being are being appropriately supported.
